Tour Cancellations by Company
St. George Tour Company reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify any tour at any time due to weather, road conditions, mechanical issues, safety concerns, low participation, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If we cancel a tour, our sole obligation is to provide a refund of the amount paid for the tour. No additional compensation will be provided, including for travel expenses, lodging, meals, or other related costs.

Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
Participation at Your Own Risk
All tours involve inherent risks, including but not limited to walking on uneven terrain, exposure to weather, vehicle travel, and entering or exiting tour vans.
By booking and participating in a tour, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with the activity and agree that St. George Tour Company, its owners, employees, guides, and affiliates shall not be liable for any injury, accident, loss, delay, or damage to personal property except as required by law.

Vehicle Entry and Exit Disclaimer
Guests are responsible for using caution when entering or exiting the tour vehicle. St. George Tour Company is not responsible for injuries resulting from slips, falls, or failure to follow guide instructions.

Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically able to participate in the tour. Please inform us of any medical conditions or mobility concerns prior to departure.

Tour Cancellations by Guest Participants
Guests may cancel their reservation within 24 hours of payment with no penalty.
Guests may cancel their reservation within 30 days of the Tour with a 50% fee penalty, unless there is a Wait Listed participant who can immediately take their place.
Cancelling by a participant within two weeks of the tour may result in no refund. This will be determined by the St. George Tour Company on a case by case basis.
A travel insurance policy purchased by individual participants Is recommended.
